Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about GoValidate

How does GoValidate work?

GoValidate uses AI to analyze Reddit conversations and identify real problems that people are discussing. It then generates startup ideas based on these problems and helps you validate them with landing page generation and lead capture.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes 10 AI-generated startup ideas per month, 2 landing pages per month, access to Reddit problem mining, basic validation scoring, and the ability to save and organize your ideas.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.

How accurate are the AI-generated ideas?

Our AI analyzes real conversations from Reddit to identify genuine problems and pain points. The ideas are based on actual market demand, but like any startup idea, success depends on execution, market timing, and your specific approach.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with GoValidate within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your usage limits will adjust accordingly.

Is there an API available?

API access is available for Business and Enterprise customers. This allows you to integrate GoValidate's idea generation capabilities into your own applications or workflows.

How do you ensure data privacy?

We take data privacy seriously. We only analyze public Reddit posts and don't store personal information. All user data is encrypted and we comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
