1. Introduction

Welcome to GoValidate ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GoValidate.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Description

GoValidate is a SaaS site-building and analytics tool. It helps you research audiences, generate landing-page copy and structure, publish pages, and capture leads.

The Service includes:

• AI-assisted copy/layout suggestions (returned as structured data and rendered as web pages)
• Publishing on GoValidate subdomains and optional custom domains
• Lead capture and export, and basic page analytics
• Optional integrations (e.g., webhooks)

GoValidate does not provide business, financial, investment, or legal advice and does not sell business or investment opportunities.

3A. Third-Party Platforms & Data Sources

We may access publicly available information and/or content obtained via official APIs or permitted methods from third-party platforms (e.g., Reddit). You and we must comply with each platform's terms and policies at all times. We do not circumvent technical measures (e.g., rate limits, paywalls, access controls). Upon notice of alleged violation, we may suspend or remove related features or content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• (a) provide or solicit financial, trading, or investment advice; promote business-opportunity, MLM, get-rich-quick, or earnings claims;
• (b) engage in spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing;
• (c) collect, process, or publish personal data without a lawful basis and required notices;
• (d) violate third-party rights or platform terms (including Reddit and other API providers);
• (e) attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions;
• (f) host illegal or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoValidate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including business ideas, landing pages, and other materials. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For lead data collected via your landing pages, you act as the data controller and GoValidate acts as a data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (e.g., consent) and for honoring data-subject rights. We process lead data solely to provide the Service and on your instructions.

No Advice / No Business Opportunity: Content generated by the Service is for information and testing only and does not constitute professional advice (including business, financial, investment, or legal advice). GoValidate does not offer, broker, or sell any business or investment opportunities or make earnings claims. You are solely responsible for your decisions and compliance with laws.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GoValidate, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

8A. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions via our payment provider (Merchant of Record). Taxes may apply. Your plan, price, and billing interval are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the period ends.

8B. Refunds & Chargebacks

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe a charge is in error, contact billing@govalidate.dev within 14 days. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.

8C. Fair-Use & Technical Limits

We may apply reasonable technical limits (e.g., generation requests, published pages, unique visitors, scraping frequency) to protect the Service. These are infrastructure safeguards and are not a promise to supply traffic or results.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9A. Content Takedown

We may remove or disable content that appears to violate these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law. Send notices to legal@govalidate.dev with sufficient detail to identify the content and the basis for your request.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one) or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11A. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoValidate and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
